DPI Technologies has drafted a suite of contracts and agreements for both our new and refurbished printing equipment that meet the diverse printer, fax machine and all-in-one needs of our clientele.

Maintenance contract (preventive maintenance)

The preventive maintenance contract fixes the cost for inspecting and cleaning your printers, fax machines and all-in-ones, both inside and out. By agreeing to a maintenance contract for your printing equipment, you are also ensuring that you get this service at the best price for the full two to five-year term of the contract.

Service agreements

Our service agreements are available upon the purchase of original or recycled laser cartridges from DPI Technologies even if you did not buy your printing equipment from us.
